We’re looking for SHOP POSITIONS:
Required Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- At Least 5 years’ experience as a Certified Diesel Mechanic
- Must have your own tools
- Must a have valid Driver’s license (CDL is preferred but not required)
- Must have good language and mathematical skills
- Must be able to lift moderate to heavyweight.
Experience/ Skills Required:
- Certified in truck/trailer repair and maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance
- Air Conditioning
- Brakes and Suspension
- Electrical
- Good mechanical skills including experience in diagnostics and problem-solving
- Knowledge of other maintenance-related skills, including the ability to weld, fabricate, sandblast, paint and the use of other repair and maintenance related equipment
- Understanding of repair and maintenance services processes and procedures
- Good concept of priorities as they relate to repairs
- Willingness to learn and share experience with others.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
